Nazareth Catholic Primary School is situated in Grovedale, a southern suburb of the city of Geelong, Victoria. The school provides Catholic education for families living in the Grovedale, Marshall, Charlemont, Waurn Ponds, Mt Duneed & Armstrong Creek communities.

The school was established in 1979 and is situated on 2 hectares. Over the years additional buildings have been added to the refurbished main building. The school now boasts a large multipurpose hall, modern library, spacious indoor/outdoor learning spaces, adventure playground, a large asphalt play area, vegetable garden, a sandpit, designated quiet place spaces and a sizeable grassed play area.
